Manchester United's star striker Rashford was injured in an English Premier League match, but the injury does not seem to have dampened his good mood. According to the British Mirror, the 25-year-old England international wasted 240,000 pounds (about 2.34 million Hong Kong dollars) to rent a special plane and flew to New York, the United States, for a vacation with his fiancée Lucia.

For his trip to the United States, Rashford splashed out and rented a Boeing 737 capable of accommodating 125 passengers. It was reported that the interior of the plane was spacious and the two were able to travel across the Atlantic in comfort.

Although the cost of leasing the jet is as high as £240,000, Rashford's weekly salary is close to £250,000 (about HK$2.44 million), so he only needs one week's salary to cover this expense.

It is worth mentioning that Lashoufoort had missed the UEFA Europa League outing in March due to injury, when he also chose to travel to New York, which triggered the dissatisfaction of many England fans, and some even accused him of fraudulent injury. Now, Lashford is once again flying to New York for a vacation on the grounds that he's recovering from an injury, and I'm afraid that's going to spark public outrage again.
