Last summer, Kylian Mbappe shocked the global soccer world with his choice to stay at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). A year has gone by and now it is time for the talented French striker to face a decision on whether to stay or go. According to reliable sources, PSG are actively seeking to extend Mbappe's contract, but will have to put him up for sale this summer if talks break down.

With 99% of transfer possibilities pointing to Real Madrid (Real Madrid) last year, Mbappe suddenly reversed course and renewed his PSG deal for three years. In addition to receiving a hefty salary, he was also given more decision-making power. However, the relationship between PSG and Mbappe does not seem to be in harmony this season, with rumors swirling about "Mai's" unhappiness.

Although the deal is nominally for three years, "Mak" has the right to leave the club in 2024, so in reality there are only two years left on the deal, and PSG are currently pushing Mbabi to extend his contract, with negotiations to be finalized within four months before the end of the season. If the negotiations finally break down, PSG will have to put him on the transfer market this summer.

However, very few clubs can afford the "Mack", as his annual salary at PSG has reached an astronomical level, with a three-year pre-tax total of €630 million. Real Madrid have also made it clear that they will not sign him, and finding a potential buyer seems to be a daunting task.
