Arsenal and Manchester City both ended with victories in the early hours of Sunday morning (26) in the fierce battle for the Premier League title, with Arsenal temporarily leading the way with a two-point advantage, followed by City, who have played a game more.

Arsenal won 1-0 against Leicester City, with Norwegian striker Ayn Rand scoring a crucial goal, making it his 27th league goal of the season and setting a new record for the most goals scored by Manchester City in a single season in the Premier League. City's away win was a 4-1 thrashing of Ponemouth, with Einincharlant scoring a hat-trick in another outstanding performance.

Arsenal dominated all over the pitch when they played away to Leicester City. Despite Lee Ando Duchate's goal controversially ruled out as a dummy in the first half, Arsenal scored from a narrow angle by Gabier Martinelli just one minute after the change of sides to help his team take all three points. Arsenal have won 10 of their 13 league games away from home this season and are firmly at the top of the table.

City's away match against Portsmouth saw Zulian Ivaris score in the opening half, followed by another goal in the 29th minute by Ayn Rand to make it 2-0, before Phil Cotton intercepted a misdirected pass by the hosts' backline and scored again just before the end of the first half. A 51-minute own goal by Portsmouth's McPheehan made it 1-4 to the hosts.

Ayn Rand scored his 27th goal of the season, surpassing Aglu's record of 26 goals in the 14/15 season and becoming City's highest single-season goal-scoring record in the top flight in the last 51 years since Francis Lear's 33 goals in the 71/72 season. With 13 league matches yet to be played this season, the day is just around the corner when Ennincharlant will break the record.

In the face of the fierce competition for the title, Manchester City's leader, Mr. Gaudiona, said in an interview after the match, "I know how strong Arsenal is, so we can't make any mistakes. However, Arsenal will start to play the Europa League next, which will bring many variables. Arsenal could lose points, we could lose points, and whichever team loses fewer points will win the Premier League title."
