Rohr, once known as Spain's "golden boy", returned to Real Madrid in 2018 to take up the coaching of the youth team. Five years have passed, he led the Real Madrid B team in this season's performance, 18 consecutive games without defeat, climbed to the top of the third tier Group1. Even Real Madrid officials took to social media to celebrate him.

The 45-year-old Rohr, himself a product of Real Madrid's youth training, chose to return to his homeland after his retirement, committed to the training of young players. This is not only a legacy, but there are also views that he will eventually take charge of the Real Madrid first team coaching whip. Since 2019, he has taken over Real Madrid's B team and has steadily improved his results, ranking seventh in Group1 of the third tier in his debut season, second in Group5 GroupA in his second season, and 10th in Group2 last season, while this season marks his fourth season in charge.

Real Madrid B have been in stunning form this season with 13 wins, 9 draws and 2 losses in 24 games. They continued their unbeaten run with a 2-0 win over Linares in their most recent match and currently lead the table with 48 points. However, it will still be a close race to win the title, as Ekogan and Deportivo La Coruña are right behind them with a one-point and two-point gap, respectively. The next two months will be crucial in determining the winner.
