(PSG) suffered the absence of two of their top stars, Kilian McBarbie and Neymar, due to injuries and the game was at a standstill. Luckily for PSG, side-kick Ashraf stepped up with a goal and an assist, leading the team to a 2-1 victory over Toulouse, making it two wins in a row at home.

PSG had a depleted squad for the match, with center back Shardio Ramos out with an injury and midfielder Marko Valiant suspended, in addition to McBarbie and Neymar. Woe betide PSG, who conceded the first goal of the match just into the 20th minute, when Toulouse midfielder Yundan Bowen's penalty kick was redirected into the net by a wall of men in the middle of the province.

After falling behind, PSG rallied, and in the 38th minute, Ashouraf's individual skills, from the right to the middle of the road, a shot like a world wave to equalize the score, 1-1. In the second half, the Moroccan international passes the ball to Mez, who easily scored a rebound goal to make it 2-1.

There was also a shot on goal that bounced off the post late in the game, taking the Argentine playmaker's total to 45 goals for club and country this season, including 27 goals and 18 assists to lead the top five European players.

Counting only league goals, Mays has scored 10 goals and 10 assists in Ligue 1 this season, making him the second player in Europe's top five leagues to achieve a "double win" in goals and assists this season after teammate Neymar. After the game, PSG coach Gadhia highly praised Misi, saying that he is the leader of the team and should pass the ball to him more often, and that the striker always has a way to help the team win.
