Nottingham Forest, who jumped to the Premier League this season, have rebounded strongly after a disastrous start to the season and have now jumped from the bottom to 13th in the league. However, in order to ensure successful relegation, the team plans to continue to increase reinforcements in this transfer window. They are reportedly on the verge of bringing in Newcastle striker Keith Waters and are actively pursuing the signing of Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Kylian Mbappe.

Forest are in loan talks with Newcastle's Keith Waters, according to The Athletic UK. With Swedish striker Alexander Isak returning from injury, Keith Waters has been relegated to the bench at Newcastle and the 31-year-old striker is willing to move to Forest in order to secure a start.

In addition, Forest goalkeeper Daniel Zeddash has previously suffered an injury that could see him out for up to six weeks and is expected to return to Manchester United as his loan deal is due to expire. Forest are therefore looking for a replacement and are currently in talks with Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe, with the 36-year-old goalkeeper open to a move.
