In the much-anticipated "Manchester City Derby", Manchester United defeated their city rivals Manchester City by a score of 2-1, thus going undefeated for 9 consecutive matches in all competitions, showing strong momentum. Currently, United is only 1 point behind City and 6 points behind Arsenal at the top of the table. Rashford, the goal scorer, was outspoken after the game, expressing his desire to win the league title, however, United manager Jens Ten Hagel remained calm and pointed out that the team still has room for improvement.

The recently in-form Rashford has scored in seven consecutive matches since the World Cup, leading United back into the title race. Asked if he was thinking about winning the title, Rashford said, "We should have that goal, we have to look up ahead and stay positive. There's another game against Crystal Palace coming up which won't be easy and we have to fight for the win."

However, United manager Jens Ten Hagar had a very different attitude. He said after the game, "Fans can harbor such dreams, but we won't. We have to keep our feet on the ground and face the fact that the team still has a lot to improve, for example, in the second half of this game we suddenly lost control, which should never have happened."
