The former side-by-side Newcastle Jets have had an up-and-down season, with only two wins and three losses in the last five rounds of league matches. However, the situation is not clear against FC McArthur, who is also in unstable form.

The problem for the Newcastle Jets, in my opinion, is a lack of consistency, and once they win a game, the players' focus seems to wander with it. This change in mentality makes them often unable to continue their good form after a win. Real top teams adjust their strategy quickly after a win to prepare for their next victory, but Newcastle Jets always seem to have a habit of letting their guard down after a win.

Although FC MacArthur lost to Western Sydney Wanderers in the last round of the league, their overall performance still deserves to be recognized. The new leader Joki, although inexperienced, has already led his team to the top 5 of the league. I believe that he will continue to grow in defeat and learn when to stay conservative and when to let go of the offense, FC MacArthur is expected to continue to improve in the remaining matches of the season.

In order to get back to winning ways, FC MacArthur's Grilloni will have to play a key role in being able to create a threat on the right side of the pitch. Meanwhile, Ara Paoli, who has scored three goals in his last three games, will be a big challenge for opposing defenses. Of course, I'm also looking forward to Georgian hometown boy Mikodadis, who plays for the Newcastle Jets' Ara Paoli, to break his goal drought, but unfortunately, I think FC MacArthur will end up winning this crucial battle.
