In Qatar's Roussel Stadium, France and Argentina are about to battle it out for the glory of this year's World Cup. Meanwhile, far away in Paris, France, police have been put on high alert, with 14,000 officers deployed to ensure order in the city and prevent riots and even more serious violence after the match.

Recalling France's quarter-final clash with Morocco in the last World Cup, the Paris police also deployed 10,000 officers for security. After the match, thousands of French fans took to the streets to celebrate the victory in Paris, Nice and Montpellier, but clashes broke out during the celebrations, resulting in the tragic death of a 14-year-old boy.

In view of the fact that the end of the final, whether the French team wins the carnival or suffers a defeat, there is the possibility of triggering large-scale celebrations or outbreaks of discontent, the French police have therefore decided to deploy additional police officers to ensure the stability of public order.
