Georgina, who was in Qatar to cheer on Cron, wrote on her personal Instagram, "Today, your good friend and leader made a bad decision. That friend you respect deeply, when he put you on the field, the game changed instantly, but unfortunately it was too late. You can't underestimate the best player in the world, he's your sharpest weapon ...... Today, we didn't lose, we gained valuable experience.Cron, we're proud of you!"
Cron's sister, Elma Aveiro, also took to social media platforms to hit back at critics who questioned Cron: "Even though we lost the World Cup, some despicable little people see the victory as an insult to Cron.
