In the latest Premier League fixtures, Manchester City striker Ennin Chalant has been named the Player of the Month for August, making him the 10th player in history to win the award in the first month of the new season after the legendary star. The 22-year-old Norwegian international, nicknamed Buu the Magic Man, has had a staggeringly efficient season in the Premier League, averaging a goal for every 13.2 touches he has taken, which is a remarkable level of efficiency.

Aynin Chalant, who moved to Manchester City from Dormont in a £51 million transfer fee this summer, has adapted quickly to his new surroundings and has scored 10 goals for City this season. In his five league games in August, he scored nine goals, surpassing the records of Argullu and McElhinney to become the first player in Premier League history to score the most goals in his first five league games, and was deservedly voted as the Player of the Month for August.

Looking back at the history of the Premier League, there are nine other players who have won the Player of the Month honors for August in the first month of the new season, namely Chillian Swain, Zen Luna, Berger, Robbie Kennedy, Diego Costa, Anzuahue, Anthony Martial, Pukki and Ponu Fernandes.

Statistics show that Ayn Rand has been incredibly efficient in the Premier League this season, averaging a goal for every 13.2 touches, with second-placed Anthony Mafiosi needing 28 touches, while third-placed Colin Wilson averages 28.5 touches to score a goal, and fourth-placed Aleksandar Ishaq a whopping 39 touches. Einin Chalant has more than doubled the goal scoring efficiency of these players.

In addition, Arsenal boss Adi Da was also honored with the August Leader of the Month award. He led his team to win all five of their Premier League matches last month, and it was not until their last league match that they met the challenge of Manchester United, and although they lost, their overall result was still better than that of Manchester City's manager, Gotti Ona.
