Cron failed to show his class as a debutant in the Europa League, making his hopes of regaining his starting spot at Manchester United slim to none. According to the British media, the Portuguese soccer superstar is mulling over a huge offer worth £211 million from a mysterious club in Saudi Arabia, one that could see him leave United in January for a new challenge in the Middle East.

The Mirror further reports that after the Qatar World Cup, Cron's playing career seems to be coming to an end. 37 years old, he can't bear the fate of being on the bench at Manchester United, and with the major European giants rejecting him this summer, he has to seriously think about his future path.

It has been reported that despite all the rumors that filled the transfer window, only one mysterious club from Saudi Arabia actually made an offer to Cron. That club is allegedly none other than Saudi giants and last year's AFC Champions League allies Hilal, also known as Riyadh Xinming.

Hilal has offered Cron a two-year contract worth 211 million pounds, with a weekly salary of 2 million pounds, which is undoubtedly a recognition of Cron's strength. Recently, the president of the Saudi Football Association said that although Cron refused the offer in the summer, but the offer is still valid, Cron once nodded, can immediately go to the Middle East "gold".
