Known as the "new generation of Madini" Italian left back David Hinton, at the age of 31 in the prime of life but due to injuries and illnesses have no choice but to retire, this news is undoubtedly saddening.

David Shinton-who has played for Inter Milan and Newcastle-failed to find his next home after his contract expired in the summer. He confessed that the injury problem is the main reason for his retirement: I have suffered too many injuries in recent years, and I can no longer continue to insist. If I continue to play soccer, I may face the risk of amputation. My feet can still be used to walk, but not as a professional player anymore. It is reported that David Hinton has had three operations on his right knee and even bending it has become difficult.

David Hinton is a product of the Inter Milan youth academy and made his first team debut at the age of 18. One of his highlights was freezing Cairo in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 in February 2009, helping Inter to a 0-0 draw with Manchester United. David Sinton quickly rose to fame in the Italian national team and was dubbed the "New Madini".

However, David Hinton's career hasn't been plain sailing; he moved to Newcastle in 2011, returned to Inter Milan in 2015, and joined Roma four years ago, but has only made 53 appearances for the side, contributing three assists.
