Premier League Highlights

! On Sunday night (28th), Nottingham Forest welcomed their powerful opponents, Tottenham Hotspur, to their home ground. Despite being promoted this season, Forest's ambition is undiminished and they have invested heavily in 17 new players this summer, giving the team a new look. The new additions include a number of strong and experienced players, who have surprised with their performances in the new season.

Although the overall strength of the team is not bad, but the attacking tactics are one-dimensional, and I am afraid it will be difficult to play in Forest's home field, so the total number of goals scored by both sides is favored to be no more than 2.5 goals. Forest have made massive reinforcements since their promotion this season and now have a very different squad to last year's Championship campaign. New signings such as Glenn, Dann, Sanderson and Williams have been in impressive form, while star players such as Emmanuel Dennis, Feo Na and Goyedi will make their debuts in the League Cup in midweek, and their additions will undoubtedly boost the strength and morale of the squad.

Forest have won 1, drawn 1 and lost 1 so far in the new season, with a narrow 1-0 win over Wigan Athletic in one of their home matches, showing the team's strong will to play. It's worth mentioning that Forest's last 3 league matches didn't have more than 2 goals in total, which proves that their defense is quite reliable.

With 2 wins and 1 draw in the new season, the leader Mauricio Pochettino is known for his "pragmatism", focusing more on efficiency than flashy soccer. In the last round of home games against Wolves, although the Spurs won 1-0, but the whole game actually did not dominate, and finally relied on a corner kick attack before scoring, the creativity of the attacking end is obviously not enough to break through the opponent's tight defense.

The leading scorer of the game, Son, and the recently brought in striker, Lee Tsaritsyn, have yet to score, which makes Tottenham's ability to score a major question mark, so look for the total number of goals scored by the two sides to be no more than 2.5 goals.
