As he gets older, Arsenal winger Bukayo Shaka has risen like a new star in the soccer sky and has become a sharp edge in the attacking end of the team. The 20-year-old England native has revealed that he is confident of renewing his contract with the club. According to reports in the British media, Arsenal have prepared a new contract for Shaka, who is expected to at least double his salary from the current £70,000 a week to over £140,000 a week.

Facing questions from the media about the contract extension, Shaka said, "Both me and manager Adi Da are confident of reaching an agreement, I have a deep emotional bond with Arsenal, I feel the deep love from my teammates, the coach and the fans, so I am very keen to stay here." Adi Da also gave his affirmation to Shaka, confident that the starlet will be at Arsenal for a long time.

In last season's Premier League, Shaka delivered an outstanding 11-goal performance, however, he failed to break the drought in the first four matches of this season, and it seems that his form has slipped. But Shaka himself does not feel any pressure, because he sees that Arsenal's overall performance is still excellent, the momentum is flourishing, and he also has the confidence to find his shooting boots.
