Liverpool's narrow 9-0 win over Bromwich Albion in the Premier League was closely followed by Scottish Premier League rivals Gerardi, who broke the record for the biggest away win in the history of the Premier League by sweeping aside Dundee United by a 9-0 scoreline on Sunday (28th). Japanese striker Henwu Furuhashi scored three goals in the match, taking his goal tally to 30.

Gerardi have won all five of their matches so far in the new season, with Hengwu Furuhashi scoring a hat-trick in the first half, while another striker, Abada, also scored three goals in the second half, helping the team to a 9-0 victory. Henwu Furuhashi has scored six goals in five league matches this season and tops the scoring charts.

The 27-year-old Hengwu Furuhashi contributed a total of 20 goals in all competitions in his debut season after joining the Zaradi last season. Speaking after the game, he said he had already set himself a target for the new season: "My teammates often create chances for me, and my first goal for this season is to score 20 goals, but I want to challenge myself to break the 30-goal record! The next week will be a series of tough matches for the Zaradi, after the League Cup, they will have a tough match against Rangers in the Scottish Premier League, followed by Real Madrid in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League.
