In the midst of the Premier League's glorious 30th anniversary, an event initiated by online research organization YouGov has attracted widespread attention. The survey, which aimed to vote for the greatest players in Premier League history, revealed that legendary French striker Thierry Henry topped the list with a whopping 15 percent of the vote, followed by Portuguese star Cron, while Argentine star Schuria came in third.

Henry's achievements need no elaboration. Not only did he lead the French national team to win the World Cup and the UEFA Nations Cup, he also led Arsenal to win the Premier League title undefeated in the 2003-2004 season, so his election is well deserved. Cron, on the other hand, despite reaching the pinnacle of his career during his time at Real Madrid, winning five Ballon d'Or awards and five Champions League titles, was in the early and late stages of his career in the Premier League, and thus was second only to Henry in terms of achievement in the Premier League, as reflected in the survey results. It is worth noting that Cron received the most votes in favor of the 45 to 54 year old fan base.
