Hot off the press on August 6th! Legendary goalscorer Martin Keown wasted no time in praising Arsenal's impressive first round of fixtures and the performances of the new signings in a talkSPORT Radio One interview.
Arsenal cleaned up in their first game of the new Premier League season with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace. Keown exclaimed, "Arsenal are not what they used to be, Jesus started as if he was on a roll, everything he did was impeccable."
Arteta was surely full of praise for Jesus' play, with the latter's skill in running the ball was a sight to behold. Jesús was still a real threat to Crystal Palace defender Gueye, and the opposition's center backs were well aware of the threat that Jesús posed on the field, and his presence was too much for them to defend against.
Jesus and Zinchenko have clearly outdone their Arsenal teammates and are on a whole new level.
