England's legendary footballer Ove Arup, known as the "Master of Sticky Waves", made a bold prediction about the top six of the Premier League for the new season on a TV talk show. He firmly believes that Manchester City will win the league, followed by Liverpool in second place. For Manchester United, Oyun's prediction was that they would only finish fifth, meaning they would once again have no chance of qualifying for the UEFA Europa League. This prediction has offended both Liverpool and Manchester United, who were his former hosts.

Oyun confessed, "I have thought deeply about this issue for a long time, although it may require me to put aside my personal feelings for a while. In my opinion, Manchester City will win the title again, with Liverpool in second place, Tottenham in third, Chelsea in fourth, Manchester United in fifth and Arsenal in sixth, and that's my prediction for now."

It's worth noting that Oyun's predictions aren't far off last season's Premier League top six rankings, with the only difference being that last season Chelsea were third, Tottenham fourth, Arsenal fifth and Manchester United sixth.
