Despite Real Madrid's failure to bring in Kylian Mbappe this summer, Carlo Ancelotti has no plans to look for another striker. He suggested that Chassat could play in the 'number 9' position: "Benzema is undoubtedly the preferred striker, but he's 34 years old and has a World Cup final week ahead of him this season. With Chassat's ability, he's more than capable of trying out for that position."
Real Madrid managed to sign center back Rudiger and midfielder Cao Aveni this summer, and Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the final movement in the transfer market, "They are both top players and will bring fierce competition to the team. I can say for sure that there will be no new players joining the club this summer and I am very happy with the current squad."
