Saturday night drew low as Manchester United lost 0-1 to Ewarton, while the incident of Crowe's phone confrontation with a fan is still making waves on social media. According to the British media, the fan who suffered the unwarranted treatment turned out to be a 14-year-old autistic teenager who was stepping onto the pitch for the first time. His mother blurted out on social media platforms, "Crow attacked my child!" Local police also said they had intervened in the investigation, Crow seems to be caught in the whirlwind of the storm.

Although Crowe apologized on social media afterwards and offered to invite that fan to the game again, the incident doesn't seem to have died down. According to the Liverpool Echo, the person whose phone was taken away by Crowe at the time was a teenager with autism and hyperactivity disorder, whose mother, Sarah Kelly, angrily revealed the incident on social media: "We were sitting in the stands opposite the players' tunnel as the United players were walking to the dressing room, so Jake (the child's name) tried to take a picture. He photographed all the players because Crowe's calf was injured and he pulled down his sock, Jake just tapped his foot without making any noise. However, Crow snapped, knocked his cell phone down and left the field."

Sarah revealed that Jake's hand was bruised to the point of swelling from Crowe's blow and his cell phone was damaged, "I was shocked.Jake is autistic himself and didn't fully digest what had happened until he got home. He was so upset about it that he didn't even want to set foot on the pitch again!"

It has been reported that Merseyside Police have been contacted by Manchester United and Ewarton to investigate after reports of players assaulting the boy. It seems that Crowe is feared to be struggling to escape the consequences of this incident.
