The soccer world.

On the Stick to Football podcast show, Gary Neville was full of praise for Welbeck's recent performances. Neville stated that Welbeck's current form has surpassed that of any striker in the United squad and was convinced that United had made a mistake. Roy Keane, on the other hand, had a very different opinion and solemnly contradicted Neville, stating that just because a player has done well since they left doesn't mean they should have been kept on at the time.

Nevertheless, Neville remains adamant in his opinion that Welbeck is undoubtedly indispensable if United are to maintain a 24-man squad and plan to keep five or six strikers. However, Keane disagreed, suggesting that some players do have a spring in their step after leaving the club, but that doesn't mean they have reached the same high level and rigor as United. In this heated debate about the wisdom and emotion of soccer, the two former Manchester United stars have their own opinions, and the argument is getting more and more heated.
