In the 17th round of the English Premier League (EPL), Manchester City lost 1-2 to Aston Villa on the road. As the game came to an end, City's goal scorer Harland faced the TNT Sports cameras and gave an insightful analysis of the game and his team's current situation.

Speaking about the internal atmosphere of the team, Harland spoke with a heavy tone: "At the beginning of the war, we have not yet had time to communicate in depth. However, the disappointment is overflowing, our performance is far from expectation, including me. We need to work together to overcome the difficulties, and this is what we urgently need to do."

Harland didn't give up on Villa's strength: "They have a great group of players and it's a tough battle here. But we are Manchester City and we deserve better. This defeat is a wake-up call that we have to keep fighting, believe in ourselves and work hard. That's the only way we can keep moving forward and draw strength from defeat."

Talking about the team's morale, Harland revealed, "We are not at our best and our confidence is affected. However, we know the importance of confidence and it will have a direct impact on our performance. Even though it's difficult, we need to push forward and keep a positive mindset. I am confident that if we work together, we can overcome all challenges."

Harland was full of praise for manager Pep Guardiola: "Pep Guardiola has won six Premier League titles in seven years, a remarkable achievement. We remember that. He's bound to find a solution to a problem, and he's been doing that for a long time. We have full trust in him, and now, more than ever, we have to work twice as hard to fight for the team's brilliant future."

Talking about Guardiola's words of encouragement in the players' tunnel, Harland recalled: "Those words were small, but I can hardly count them all. But the memory is that we had just suffered a defeat and were in a heavy mood. Pep Guardiola probably gave me some small advice to help me make a breakthrough in the next game. I will reflect on it and keep improving myself."
