In a recent interview, soccer star Stam gave insights into Gana Joe's removal from the playing squad. He emphasized that the rising star should follow the example of his teammate Maguire and learn from the veteran's career setbacks to learn how to remain resilient during the downturns of his career.

Stam admits, "It is inevitable that a soccer career will hit a low point, and young players should not be under the illusion that they will enjoy a smooth ride for up to fifteen years once they step into the first team - that is just that, an illusion. For young talents like Ganacho, it is important to recognize that challenges are a part of growing up, and the only way to overcome them is to forge a stronger version of yourself."

He continued, "Ghana Joe is facing such a low point at the moment, however, this is a valuable opportunity for him to grow. He needs to realize that such challenges can come at any time and his only option is to face them with courage. Once he gets through it, he will gain valuable experience and become more mature."

Statham particularly admired Maguire: "Maguire is a clear example, he was also in the doldrums, and was even kicked out of the list. But he has always been able to regroup, and this spirit is worthy of our admiration. Ghana Joe should look to him for advice and learn how to persevere in the face of adversity."

Stam also believes that it is necessary to expose young players to the brutal competition of the Premier League to give them an early wake-up call. If Ghana Joe is able to tackle the challenge with a positive mindset, he will be able to learn from the experience and build a solid foundation for his future career.
