In a recent column for the "Daily Express", Italian soccer pencil-pusher Romano gave an in-depth analysis of the transfer of English Premier League Crystal Palace star Gueye. He says that Gueye's outstanding performance during the European Championships has made him a target for all major European soccer clubs.
According to Romano, Liverpool and Newcastle have been in contact with Gueye's team during the summer break, but to this day the rumors of his transfer remain foggy. Romano clarified that he is not Gueye's spokesman and therefore cannot reveal the player's intentions regarding his future whereabouts.
