He reveals that Gueye has become the subject of intense competition from many of Europe's top clubs following his impressive performances during the Europa League.
According to Romano, soccer giants such as Liverpool and Newcastle United have been in talks with Gueye and his team this summer, however, as of now, the transfer rumors are still in limbo. Romano clarified that he is not Gueye's spokesperson and therefore cannot reveal the player's inner monologue about his future.
Speaking about Gueye's current situation, Romano made it clear that he is fully committed to the Crystal Palace battle this season. He emphasized that despite the uncertainty of the future, Gueye has shown no signs of actively seeking a move, so it can be concluded that he has not yet made a choice between Liverpool and Newcastle United.
