In the 16th round of the English Premier League last night, Liverpool fought Fulham to a 2-2 draw at home. After the match, Liverpool's star Giacobbe poured out his insights on the tussle in the club's official interview.

Gacobo said, "It was definitely a tough battle for us and we gave it everything we had to win the battle, however, we are a little bit sorry that it ended in a tie. However, I am very proud of my teammates because we gave it our all and left nothing to chance."

Commenting on the team's overall form, Gacobo said: "We are in great shape physically, and we have been energized by the enthusiastic support of our fans. Especially at home, we have trained hard to be ready for such a crucial moment. Even though we hope that this kind of predicament will never happen again, we are confident that we will be able to cope with all challenges thanks to our good physical condition."

Referring to his header in the game, Gakpo exclaimed, "I always believed Salah was capable of delivering such precise passes on the field. When the ball flew over Luis Diaz's head, I almost instinctively leapt up to head the ball. It was a brilliant combination and a perfect shot."

As for the tactical adjustments made by Head Coach Slaughter at halftime, Gakpo revealed, "He made some subtle tactical adjustments, mainly concerning our possession and how we responded when we didn't have the ball. But the key was to keep the game close, motivate the crowd as usual and try to break the game up. It went as well as we could have hoped for and I thought we poured everything we had into the game, played quite well and the crowd gave us great support."

In the end, Gacobo exuded a hint of regret for missing the winning goal: "It's true that we had a couple of great chances towards the end of the game and just had to move along the right path. But that's the way it goes sometimes, and we didn't capitalize on them today. Nonetheless, as a team, we showed resilience and ended up with a draw. May we never have to face the dilemma of playing fewer against more, but if we do, we know deep down that we are capable of turning things around."
