Gunners Arsenal will host Monaco in the 6th round of the UEFA Champions League in the focal point of the European Beacon on December 12 at 4:00 a.m. Beijing time. With the curtain about to go up on the battle, Arsenal coach Arteta gave a comprehensive and in-depth explanation of his team's recent situation in an exclusive interview with TNT Sports.

Speaking on Arsenal's recent remarkable improvement in set-piece tactics, Arteta said bluntly, "We still have the potential to improve, even with set-pieces. Some people may think that set-pieces are independent of other tactics, but I don't see it that way. We only conceded one goal, thanks to the team's excellent performance on many other levels. I'm happy with the team's performance but it's unfortunate that we couldn't win against Fulham last week."

Facing questions about Arsenal's lack of dynamism in the attacking end, Arteta responded, "We are steadily moving forward, relentlessly exploring and striving to create more opportunities for our players in both attack and defense. Whether it's ten goals in a row away from home, or goals in sports games, we feel the same pride. We are always improving and there are always details to polish. There are specific strategies that can be utilized in each position and preparations are constantly being optimized. We don't get complacent with momentary successes because we always strive for higher and more efficient achievements."

When asked about the current direction of the team and where they are at, Arteta was adamant: "That's exactly how I feel. I'm scrutinizing every game and watching every second we're on the pitch. Even though eight or nine players are currently unavailable, the overall dynamic remains positive. I'm pleased with that, it's been a long season and we're standing in the middle of that journey. What's especially exciting is that I can feel an overwhelming positive energy around the team."
