The drums of war are beating once again in the Chinese Super League, and with it comes a boom in home season tickets for clubs. Against the backdrop of inflation, this initiative has opened up new avenues of profitability for Chinese Super League clubs.
Hibiscus Football Club yesterday unveiled the sale of home ticket packages for the 2024 season, offering six different price points ranging from RMB 1,280 to RMB 4,080, however, only 8,350 packages were snapped up in a short period of time.
Compared to previous seasons, the prices of home ticket packages announced by Chinese Super League clubs have generally risen this season. Shanghai Harbour Football Club ticket prices range from 1,300 yuan to 3,880 yuan, Shanghai Shenhua Football Club's casual ticket prices range from 2,280 yuan to 5,980 yuan, and the price of the fan club package ranges from 1,680 yuan to 3,480 yuan. Changchun Yatai Football Club's home season tickets are known as "cost-effective", with a price range of 400 yuan to 1,380 yuan.
Nantong Zhiyun Football Club not only provides package tickets, but also launched box sales, the highest price is as high as 128,888 yuan, the sales strategy can be said to be ever-changing.
