After the effort to rewrite it:

On Nov. 8, Evergrande Soccer School's director of training, Gao Hong, an influential woman in the soccer world, talked about the school's teaching philosophy and tournament results in a media interview.

"Director Gao, since you took charge of the Evergrande Soccer School, the school has seen an iteration of reforms in the field of soccer. How effective have they been? Which reform is most satisfactory to you?" The reporter asked curiously.

Director Gao recalled, "Since the establishment of the Evergrande Soccer School, which has brought together soccer elites from all over the world, we have been committed to building a rich soccer legacy. The youth training system, in particular, has produced a number of outstanding athletes, and these achievements have seen the school grow."

Talking about his initial thoughts on taking over as director, Mr. Gao confessed, "When I first became director, I felt both uneasy and challenged. On the basis of the original foundation, we made a series of adjustments, especially in the selection of materials, to strengthen the players' understanding of the game and decision-making ability, while focusing on the players' learning ability and acceptance of new knowledge."

"Why did you choose the U17A team to participate in the CYL U19 tournament?" The reporter pressed.

"Last year's U19 performance gave us hope. Through careful selection, we assembled a team of 06 and 07 year old players with the aim of improving the standard of the players. Under Salvador's leadership, the team performed well and managed to advance to Group B." The senior director replied.

Speaking about the future of the team, Mr. Gao said, "There are six to seven players in this team who have the potential to make it to the first team. We select players through daily training and matches, emphasizing their motivation, desire to win in the face of adversity and ability to play in real games."

"What is your vision for youth training with the U17A team and Evergrande Soccer Schools?" The reporter continued the question.

Director Gao replied with confidence, "Our vision is to develop athletes in all aspects, starting from four aspects: technical, tactical, physical and mental. In the future, we will focus on the development of players in key positions and expand the number of elite players. At the same time, by organizing high-level matches, we will provide a platform for more soccer-loving children to grow and contribute to Chinese soccer."
