In an update from the North Youth Daily, registration for the new season at all levels of the league has been revealed, with a total of 50 clubs jumping at the chance. Of these, 42 clubs have already passed the initial audit, however, there are still 8 clubs that are stepping up their preparations in order to pass the test. It is worth mentioning that two northern Chinese Super League clubs have failed to pass the audit, and this news quickly triggered a lot of attention and hot discussion among fans. Although it is not yet clear which two clubs, fans have speculated that Cangzhou Lions and Beijing Guoan may be the unfortunate two.

Looking back at the past two seasons, Cangzhou Lions nearly lost their qualification for the Chinese Super League due to serious salary arrears. Although they barely managed to retain their qualification by getting players to sign through property loans, the problem was not fundamentally solved. Under the leadership of Zhao Junzhe, the team performed brightly in the relegation battle, but the problem of salary arrears has always followed them, affecting the motivation of the players and leading to a decline in the competitiveness of the team in the late stages of the league, with successive defeats. Fortunately, the club has not given up on saving itself and has worked hard to find a solution. Cangzhou Lions made progress in coordinating the working arrangement of local players, who were willing to work with the club in order to continue to participate in the Chinese Super League. The foreign players, however, insisted on making up their outstanding wages before signing contracts, a stance that led to the club failing its initial review. The same problem plagued Beijing Guoan, with new foreign aid player De Souza refusing to sign due to unpaid wages, sparking concern among fans. De Souza, a key new addition to Guoan's roster, had raised fans' expectations, but his performance in games has been disappointing. De Souza's lazy attitude and poor performance forced Guoan to terminate his contract early. Now, his refusal to sign has put Guoan's access in jeopardy. Both Guoan and Cangzhou Lions are actively studying ways to solve the problem of unpaid foreign aid, hoping to bring good news to fans in the near future.
