As the first round of the new AFC Champions League season came to a close, Wuhan Three Town battled Urakawa Red Diamonds at home, stirring up a new spark for the Chinese Super League's big three in the Asian competition. But in the second round of the tournament, the Chinese Super League team met its Waterloo - three consecutive losses, the Asian Championship particles, Japan, South Korea and Australia have tasted defeat.

Shandong Taishan, the second round representative of the Chinese Super League, lost 0-1 at home to Yokohama Marinos. Even though Cressan's two goalposts came close to being an opportunity for a reversal, the Chinese Super League team was unable to return the favor in the following two matches.

Wuhan Sanzhen was also in the spotlight in their last match against Pohang Red Diamonds, but in the away match against POSCO, Sanzhen suffered a reversal of their lead and eventually swallowed the bitter fruit. Although the team had a chance to equalize when they fell behind, the players were mentally unbalanced under pressure, leading to a red card for Xie Pengfei's irrational shoveling and a 1-3 loss for Sanzhen.

As an international player, Xie Pengfei has won the recognition of the fans with his previous outstanding performance in the national team. However, he failed to keep his composure in this game, making it even tougher for the team to play with one less player.

Although the team was able to hold off their opponents in the second half, the urge to equalize the score led them to concede again in injury time, and they eventually lost 1-3. After two rounds, Wuhan Sanzhen has only 1 point.

After losing to Buriram on the road, Zhejiang returned home and failed to learn a lesson, and suffered another accident against Melbourne. After only the third minute of play, the visitors capitalized on a mistake by Zhejiang's foreign aid man Frank and Melbourne took a 2-0 lead after 17 minutes.

Although Zhejiang rallied after falling behind, the offense was still weak after pulling a goal back on penalty kicks and eventually lost 1-2. In the AFC Champions League, Zhejiang seems to have lost the myth of being undefeated in the Chinese Super League.

Melbourne City is not a bad team and drew with substitute J2 team Kofu Fung Lam in the last round. And Kofu Fung Lam beat Buriram 1-0 in this round, making Zhejiang the weakest team in the group stage after two matches.

Summarizing the first two rounds of the AFC Champions League, the Chinese Super League Big 3 only gained 4 points, and all of them were gained in the first round of the game, and the second round of the particles were not collected. The scoring ability of the Chinese Super League team has obviously declined, and the glory of the former "golden dollar soccer" is no longer there.
