On April 16th, the opening game of the Chinese Super League was a smoky affair, with Shanghai Shenhua beating Shandong Taishan by a small margin of 1-0 at their home ground. As the game came to an end, Shenhua's newest player, Cui Lin, couldn't wait to share his joy on social media.
Cui Lin was able to make his debut, and after the game he left a passionate message on his microblogging account: "A new journey, thanks to the deep blue sea behind today! The battle has just begun! Come on, let's go all out for Shenhua in the next game!"
Cui Lin, the son of Liaoning Fushun born on October 26, 1997, is 180cm tall and has a flexible position on the field, capable of organizing the midfield as well as playing as a defender.In the 2016-17 season, Cui Lin played for Loris in Portugal, accumulating 1,693 minutes in 21 games and contributing 3 assists.At the beginning of 2018, Cui Lin switched to Hebei, and has so far played for the team in 61 games, contributing 5 assists.
