The Football Daily revealed that the qualification list for access to the third tier league for the 2023 season will be unveiled in the early morning of the 29th. The Chinese Football Association (CFA) will unveil the details of the list and answer related queries through a media briefing. It is reported that the participation of the third tier league will be reduced to 16 teams, and it seems that Guangzhou and Kunshan teams will not be included in this access list.

Prior to the official announcement of the access list, the CFA had released a list of defaulting clubs in stages, which included Wuhan Changjiang, Hebei, Zibo Cuju, Beijing Sport University and Xinjiang Snow Leopard. Surprisingly, none of these clubs appeared at the top of the list, suggesting that they have voluntarily given up the opportunity to play in China's A and B leagues.

However, getting rid of debt is only the threshold for entry, the strict scrutiny of the FA is the key. It was rumored that Guangzhou City failed to completely solve the problem during the promotion period, while Kunshan FC's path to promotion in the Chinese Super League was blocked by an equity dispute due to the lack of a training mechanism. However, thanks to the assistance of the relevant departments, the debt problems, including the Shenzhen team, were resolved, and the team eventually gained access to the Chinese Super League at the last minute.

According to Football Daily, the CFA will join forces with the Chinese Football Federation (CFF) to organize a press conference on the morning of the 29th, where the access list will be officially announced and media concerns will be addressed. The event also means that media reporters will have the opportunity to get a closer look at this important moment.
