In addition, the new industrial stadium will open the ground space to the public, integrate the non-sports businesses on the original industrial stadium into the sunken commercial space on the northeast side, and transform from a single stadium into a "city landmark, cultural and sports business card, and a vitality center", leading the transformation and upgrading of the "Gongsan area", and becoming a model for urban renewal.
