Zhou Haibin responded fondly: Returning to Luneng Football School is like returning to my hometown. The only change is that the campus is now bigger than when we were young, and the facilities are more professional and advanced. This place is full of familiarity for me.
Talking about coaching philosophy, Zhou Haibin said: Given that the players are youngsters, I believe that they should follow the law of development of soccer for training. I prefer them to master the complex technology, whether it is passing the ball control or organization of the attack, to play more levels. This is because only by playing with complexity can they be comfortable when facing simple tasks in the future.
