On October 16, coinciding with Guangzhou City captain Tang Miao's 32nd birthday, the club not only offered his blessings on the official platform, but also arranged a special interview.

Talking about the three serious injuries in the past ten years, Tang Miao confessed: "Injuries are inevitable on the soccer field, and I have suffered two serious injuries before, one was an ankle injury when I was sixteen or seventeen years old, which lasted for eight months; the other was a fracture of the fibula of the left foot in 2006 and a torn cruciate ligament of the left knee in 2015, and this time it was a meniscus injury. Just like a machine, it always gets tired after a long period of operation and needs rest. However, the road to recovery is long and I will be back in top form after recovery."

When asked about the current soccer environment, Tang Miao said, "Life is like that, there are ups and downs. Perhaps the soccer environment was relatively favorable in the past, while now we may face a challenge every ten rounds of the tournament, and the environment is not so ideal. But we can't forget the beginning, soccer has brought us so much, we should cherish the opportunities, moments and matches of playing soccer."

Talking about his birthday wish, Tang Miao revealed, "Although the team is facing many difficulties this year, I believe we have the confidence to complete the relegation task. The arrival of the new coach and the joining of the coaching team has given the team a new spirit. Therefore, I hope the team can succeed in relegation."

Finally, Tang Miao shared his family life: "I was planning to have a child, but due to the leg injury surgery, I took more than ten MRIs and CTs within a year, and I was worried that the radiation would not be good for the child. So, I decided to heal my leg injury first."
