Today, September 27, Zhao Mingjian, who is currently playing for Kunshan in the Central League, shared the reason why he was nicknamed "Zhao Si" in a media interview.
Zhao Mingjian revealed: "Back in 2013, I was hooked on the TV series Countryside Love, and I fell in love with the character Zhao Si in the series, realizing that it was quite similar to myself. Since then, this nickname has stayed with me and never changed, for ten years now.
"As I've gotten older, the various nicknames I used to have, such as Tiger and Hair Sword from my Dalian days, are gone. Now everyone has more respect for me and it's customary to call me Fourth Brother."
