Recently, the preparatory team of the Chinese Football Association organized a special online meeting, convening many Chinese Super League clubs and the heads of their respective district associations. The meeting, which aimed to make a thorough deployment for the resumption of the home-and-away system for the upcoming 2022 season of the CSL, covered a wide range of aspects such as the selection of zones, fixture scheduling, competition management, anti-epidemic measures, business cooperation and media publicity.

.. Eleven teams, including Meizhou Hakka, Guangzhou Team and Guangzhou City, will return to play at home, with Meizhou Hakka's home ground at Huitang Stadium in Wuhua County. Shanghai Seaport and Shanghai Shenhua, on the other hand, have opted to play their matches at an off-site home ground in Dalian. Five teams - Beijing Guoan, Shenzhen, Hebei, Cangzhou Lions and Tianjin Jinmen Tigers - will travel to Haikou for neutral home games.
The official schedule of the Chinese Super League (CSL) shows that the 11th round of matches will kick off on August 5, and the league will last until December 17, when the remaining 24 rounds of matches will be played, with teams facing each other according to the 12-home, 12-away format.On August 7, at 19:30, Meizhou Hakka will welcome Wuhan Changjiang to the Huitang Stadium. In the final match of the season, the 24th round, Meizhou Hakka will host Guangzhou.
