On July 29, Beijing Guoan's youth training work session opened in grand style. The meeting began with club officials announcing a long-term commitment to the youth training foreign team. Director of Youth Training Ladru, Director of Operations Fan Lide, Head of Phase II Raphael, and Head of Sports Performance Luke will all have their contracts renewed until 2024.
At the youth training work conference, general manager Li Ming reviewed the fruitful results achieved by Beijing Guoan youth training since 2018 with the foreign team. During the four years, Guoan Youth Training has completed the construction of the organizational structure and system, established a perfect youth training ladder system, and now has formed a unified technical and tactical philosophy, workflow and planning. Based on these unified concepts, the youth training team has compiled as many as seven youth training syllabi, including the Guoan Youth Training Guidebook, Organizational Procedure Manual, Technical Training Manual, and so on.
Looking ahead, Guoan Youth Training will be committed to optimizing its structure and processes, supporting the development of amateur clubs and campus soccer in Beijing soccer, expanding the age group and influence of the Zhonghe Guoan Cup tournaments, and actively participating in the integration of sports and education to provide players with high-quality education and soccer training, and to cultivate more comprehensive and better talents.
