We followed the standards of the Central League from player selection to training. These players remained disciplined and played at a very high level late in their careers. To be back at this level and in good form is a relief and a bonus for them."
Q: What changes have you made to the team in the two months since you took over?
Xie Hui revealed, "If you follow my coaching experience, you'll see that it's not a coincidence. It was the same when I coached in Nantong. These players are more perceptive than the players in my last team. The players in my previous team needed six or seven months to form a framework, while the players here only need two or three months.
