Two of the four foreign players registered for the new season are already in Chongqing. Among them, Tursunov has not yet received a visa to China, while Fernandinho has long received a visa. It is reported that the Dalian People's Club is actively in contact with these two players.
However, Dalian seem to be facing a transfer ban at the moment. If this ban is not lifted, the team may not be able to register new players.
