Looking back at Guoan's glorious moments, which match inspired the fans the most? Perhaps it was the match against Shenhua, Guangzhou or Harbour, and the answer may be different for everyone, but mentioning the 2020 F.A.C.A. Cup, where Guoan's youth army beat Chengdu Xingcheng 1-0, will come back to mind for the vast majority of people.

The young team showed the spirit of the old Guoan "whoever you like". The following year, in the AFC Champions League, Guoan continued to use the 01 age group team as the base, and drew the Philippine champions in the group stage, which was once again eye-catching. The new season, 01, 02 age group a total of nine people into the first team, respectively, Liang Shaowen, Ruan Qilong, Gao Jian, Shi Yu Cheng, Chen Yan Park, Nai Bijiang, Li Boshi, Xie Longfei, as well as Ma Kunyue. In this way, this year's first team has 14 Guoan youth training system out of the players, is the most in 5 years of Zhonghe into the owner of the year (before the most is 11). The emergence of young players has provided Guoan with ample reserves.

In the past, CITIC Guoan years, the club is constrained by educational resources, bases and other factors, in the youth training has not been able to open the situation. After CITIC took over, in accordance with the requirements of the CFA, the base back to Beijing, at first in Shunyi, currently distributed in Dongcheng and Fengtai two places, through five years of vigorously carry out youth training, now Guoan youth training system has been perfected, there are a total of U21, U19, U17, U15, U14, U13 six troops, U12 is being formed, the troops have a total of more than 200 players. Although the problem of education and base still exists, under the existing conditions, Guoan's youth training has seen good results and is moving in the right direction.

Guoan Youth Training adopts the Dutch system, hiring foreign managers from Ajax and The Hague as the operation director and youth training director respectively, with Chinese coaches, using a perfect organizational structure, scientific management system, as well as the most advanced software tracking and evaluation system, to create a closed-loop of the domestic top youth training academy.

Guoan launched a series of youth training manuals and clearly stated the "mission" of Guoan's youth training: to actively assume due social responsibility, to cultivate people who are useful to the society, to become China's top youth training academy, to provide a safe learning and training environment, and to cultivate outstanding soccer players. Our vision is to develop a rationalized training program that combines sports, education, and recreation to produce players with outstanding skills, physical and mental abilities. The cutting-edge coaching and management team develops the player's development program. We work with the community and parents to maximize the potential of our players. We have a clear "philosophy" and long-term "goals" for youth training.

The club in the youth training level fully combined with the modern international soccer development trend, the introduction of various special coaches, sports performance coaches, and to enable the most advanced data management system, the current Guoan force coaches manpower a pad, daily update training and player information, "armed" to the teeth. The future has come, the development of youth training so that excellent young players continue to emerge, but also to make the team's age structure more reasonable, so that the club gradually complete the replacement of the first-team has the bottom line.

At the same time, Guoan has kept all the valuable youth training experiences and methodologies from the past five years and opened them up to the society, expecting to promote Beijing soccer and fulfill the social responsibility of the operating club. Not long ago, Beijing youth soccer club Love Kickers sent a team to Guoan to communicate with Guoan Youth Training Director Patrick Larderoux, who poured out his knowledge and shared many valuable ideas and experiences. The reporter interviewed Ladrue during this period.

FOOTBALL: What was the general state of Guoan's youth training when you arrived in Beijing in 2018?

LADROUX: At the time I came, Guoan troops go out to compete most of the game is a loss, with Luneng, Shanghai, Hebei these teams, including with the Beijing three high competition, Guoan is a loss, and even a big score loss. When the three high training base, youth training force organization, are better than Guoan. At that time, Guoan basically each unit is 35 players, for me, the number is too much, so I came after the first two months to send away 60 players, because these players may be various reasons into the force, but the level is indeed too low.

Another change is in work habits. In terms of the coaches' previous routine, there was no preparation before training, and after training, maybe they went back to their room, locked the door and went back and forth to sleep constantly, and every day was just a work routine like training ground-room, which was hard for me to understand, and I expected to bring the Ajax work environment over here, and we created a studio at the Shunyi base for the The coaches go over there to work and develop daily communication, including preparing their own training, giving meetings to their own coaching staff, which perhaps these coaches have never experienced before - going to their studios every day to work like normal employees. They need to take a lunch break at noon, and I respect this Chinese custom, but after the lunch break they still have to go back to the studio to continue their own preparation and study.
