On April 23rd, the Brazilian information platform "UOL" came up with an explosive news, in which Caldecott's commercial representative revealed in an interview that the Shenzhen Football Club had honored the salary arrears to all players except Caldecott.
The commercial representative further revealed in the interview that "Shenzhen had promised to pay back the salary arrears, however, this promise has never been fulfilled.
