In a friendly negotiation atmosphere, Shanghai Seaport Football Club and Goztabi Football Club of the Turkish top league successfully finalized the transfer deal of player Pape Cherif Ndiaye, marking Ndiaye officially becoming a member of Shanghai Seaport.
The 26-year-old Senegalese-born winger Ndiaye, who stands at 6'9", began his career with Belgian club Waasland Beveren in the Belgian First Division since 2017.In January 2019, he moved to HNK Gorica in the Croatian First Division, during which time he made 55 appearances, contributing 19 goals and 6 assists.In the 2020-21 season, he was loaned out to Turkish Super Liga side Go Zytabi, where he made 40 appearances, scoring 12 goals and two assists. Upon the expiration of his loan, Ndiaye officially transferred to Goztabi, and as of now, he has made 33 appearances for the club this season, scoring 12 goals and assisting 3 times.
