Recently, Dong Wensheng, a former hand of the Tianjin Binhai New Area public transportation giant and also the former chairman and general manager of Tianjin TEDA Football Club, was formally presented with an indictment to the local court by the Hedong District Procuratorate in Tianjin for allegedly accepting bribes.
