On November 3, Shanghai Shenhua's former foreign aid Fredy Guarin shared a cozy photo with his mother on social media platforms, in which his size has obviously changed.
Guarin left a message in the dynamic: "Good times with my mom (Pasando tiempo con mamá...TE AMO MI NEGRA HERMOSA)" and attached a photo with his mother.
Earlier this year, Guarin had been exposed in the media for a family dispute that saw him break his contract with the Colombian millionaire's club in the summer. According to local media reports, Guarin suffered from alcohol dependency.
Born in 1986, Guarin played for Shanghai Shenhua between 2016 and 2019, making 100 appearances for the team, scoring 28 goals and providing 22 assists.In 2014, his transfer fee was a whopping €19.8 million (roughly Rs. 147 million), whereas today he is valued at just €330,000 (roughly Rs. 2.44 million).
