In a June 27 update, media personality Chill revealed that reports from the Spanish media have learned that the mother of Brazilian star Paulinho has revealed that her son has received an olive branch from Turkish Super League rivals Galatasaray.
According to further reports from Spanish newspaper Sport Internacional, Paulinho's mother, Erica, has stated that the free agent has received an offer from Galatasaray. Turkish media followed suit, confirming that Paulinho is the subject of a strong offer from the team's head coach, Terim, this summer, and that the club has made a base offer of €3 million a year after tax, plus a potential €1 million in bonuses, in line with the highest standards for Turkish foreigners.
