A passionate Serie A final was played at dawn in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday (23). Inter Milan beat previous Serie A champions Napoli 1-0 thanks to striker Nadalou Martinez's stoppage-time winner, earning €8 million (HK$68 million) in prize money and becoming only the second team after AC Milan to win the Serie A title three times in the history of the competition.

The top four teams have all performed well in the qualification process, but in this final matchup, Inter Milan was clearly the better team. Federico Gaudimaco, Mihi Darien and Nadalu Martinez attacked in succession, but none of them were able to break the deadlock. Until the 39th minute of the first half, Inter Milan got a great opportunity, Magus Dulin broke into the penalty area and crossed the ball, Nadalu Martinez shot at the near goal, but Magus Dulin was offside first, making Inter Milan miss a good opportunity.

Shortly after the resumption of the match, Napoli striker Keo Yuni Schmony was sent off with a red card for accumulating a second yellow card, further worsening the team's situation. The match went into extra time and with only one minute left, Inter defender Banjeevon Berwart sent in a pinpoint cross for Nadalou Martinez to score the winning goal and seal the 1-0 victory. The victory not only gave Inter their third consecutive Serie A title, but also made them the second team to achieve a third consecutive Serie A title after AC Milan, who won in 1992, 1993 and 1994. Inter boss Szymon Szczecki lifted the Serie A trophy for the fifth time in his managerial career, making him one of the coaches with the most number of wins of this prestigious award.
