This season, AC Milan coach Pioli has pushed the new generation of players, with 15-year-old young striker Kamada coming to the fore and 18-year-old center back Zenkarushmi attracting a lot of attention. He has attracted the favor of several top clubs, and AC Milan is planning to extend a new contract with him in order to keep the rising star.

Born into a Serbian family, Giancarlo Smee spent his childhood in Germany and trained with the Stuttgart youth team.He joined the AC Milan youth team in 2022 and was promoted to the first team this season. He made a stunning debut for the injured Pupiga against Monza last month, scoring a goal and becoming the third youngest AC Milan player to score since the introduction of the three-point system in Serie A in the 1994/95 season.

In the last two games, Zenkarushmi has been given a chance to play, and coincidentally, he has made his debut when replacing 34-year-old veteran Kajiya, with Pioli clearly interested in grooming the young center back to be the centerpiece of his future defense.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, AC Milan have no intention of releasing Giancarlo Schmi and plan to extend his contract despite several clubs being interested in bringing him in. The Serbian U19 international has said that he has idolized AC Milan's legendary defender Maldini since he was a child and hopes to achieve Maldini's success in the future, so he is open to a contract extension.
